Job Description: This position involves combining fabrication knowledge and data analysis skills to provide technical and strategic leadership to the Fabrication Division and to provide guidance to management regarding schedule, capacity, quality, production processes and cost. Root cause analysis of problem solving and extensive knowledge of SFM and SAP are required. Fabrication operations include Quick-Turn, Electrical, Sub-Assembly and Tooling manufacturing processes. The incumbent will analyze data in developing Microsoft Access and Excel applications and will be responsible for developing Ad Hoc reports as required & maintaining several Fabrication reporting tools, including Cost Manager, Performance Reporting systems and Detail Cost Charts, which are used in the daily management of the Fabrication Division. Involves multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment. Will identify and resolve engineering, planning, tooling fabrication and SAP problems. Will plan tasks and prioritize work independently.

Basic Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Shop Floor Manager (SFM), SAP, and production scheduling. Experience with MS Office Suite

Desired skills Fabrication experience and a diverse knowledge of fabrication processes. Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred. Proven track record of developing innovative solutions to manufacturing problems. Expert in Microsoft Office Suite An independent, self-starter with excellent communication skills
