Job Description: This part time position is located at Historic Hyde Farm and works up to 29 hours per week. The schedule for this position will be M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm three days a week and the other 5 hours will be 8 to 1:30 or 11 to 4:30 depending on the needs of the farm. This position is opened until filled. Nights and weekends will be scheduled as needed with suitable advanced notice to employees to facilitate harvesting. Assists Farm Foreman with planting, weeding, watering and harvesting field crops, helps prepare fields for planting, assists with upkeep of farm animals, assists with maintenance of farm structures, performs farm related tractor work, interacts with the public to answer questions, complaints, and concerns.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

High School diploma or GED preferred; with demonstrated ability to meet the physical demands of the work. Or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
