Functional Skills:  Operation of auxiliary filler support equipment  Operation of manual filling  Forklift operations  Strong knowledge of SAP  Detailed documentation  Knowledge of GMP/ HACCP  Understanding and knowledge of basic Lean Manufacturing tools and concept
