A key warehousing position for teammates with excellent performance and a well-rounded knowledge of all warehouse functions. Works in any/all areas of the warehouse to include shipping, receiving, put-away, inventory control, slotting etc. Ensures efficiency of the warehouse is maintained at all times. Teammates promoted into this position must:

1. Have worked in all areas of the warehouse. 2. Exhibit a willingness to expand their responsibilities 3. Have maintained a performance rating of 4 or 5 4. Have a solid attendance record 5. Have flexibility in their hours 6. Successful completion of all training modules resulting in certification 7. Be certified on all equipment 8. Have maintained an acceptable preventable accident record 9. Have achieved an outstanding productivity level 10. Have reached and maintained pre-set goals as established by management 11.
