Company: The Coca Cola Company Position: Warehouse Specialist Location: Austell, GA Posted: 08/01/18 End Date: Until Filled Job Description: The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for executing Order Selection (Picking) Receiving (Finished Good-Concentrates & Ingredients) and Trailer / Container Loading tasks within the CPSNA warehousing operations. This role is also accountable for performing various warehousing tasks in alignment with all logistics SOP's within ETQ. In addition to executing these processes, the warehouse specialist is responsible for meeting all Quality, Safety, GMP, and Hazmat regulations and requirements in order to effectively meet customer needs while delivering key logistics objectives and productivity goals. Associate development through training is a key component of a warehouse specialist job duty.

Function Specific Activities: The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for executing Order Selection (Picking) Receiving (Finished Good-Concentrates & Ingredients) and Trailer / Container Loading tasks within the CPSNA warehousing operations.  Perform all order / material selection processes to full fill customer orders and intra-company stock transfer orders. o Perform shipment verification process on various customer orders to insure the correct items are present on orders o Perform various printing tasks i.e. BOL(Bill of lading) or various shipping documentation label or shipping documents / packing slips etc.  Responsible for fulfilling finished concentrate receiving functions: o RF and Desk Top Receiving of Finished Goods Concentrates  Ingredients Receipts(ACW/ABBP)  Certified Trainer on Warehouse Procedures, Process etc.  Area GMP Leader  Create and manage quality notification process  SAP Power User / Master Data Maintenance on WM Views  Perform Trailer / Container loading responsibilities at the CDC o Verify Order Accuracy and Pallet Counts o Complete Performance Development Plans and Training Plan o Certified Department Trainer of various logistics procedures and material handling equipment o Effectively execute all warehousing operational tasks safely and effectively o Backfill basic responsibilities of CDC third shift warehouse coordinator o Manage and execute ACW over label processes o Other Duties /Tasks as assigned
