Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.
Major Responsibilities: Direct the response to specific customer telecommunications service needs and requests. Review service work performed to ensure quality performance; take corrective actions as required. Provide for unit training. Organize customer service function in ways that ensure appropriate levels of coverage. Recommend acquisition of additional services or resources. Plan, organize and supervise customers service team activities and review performance. Perform other related duties as assigned.
